With the hire of Adam Tondryk, J.D., eDiscovery and document review services company, Advanced Discovery, expands its national team of managed services professionals. Mr. Tondryk will support law firms in the Midwest region from Advanced Discovery’s Chicago document review center. As project director, he will oversee document review engagements, assisting with the design of document review workflows, and consulting with clients to deliver defensible, accurate discovery responses using efficient, cost-effective methods. Mr. Tondryk will also be charged with improving document review project management protocols, processes and best practices.
John Sanchez, director of Document Review Solutions for Advanced Discovery, commented on Mr. Tondryk’s expected contribution to the company: “Adam spent the past seven years working as a senior project manager and project director in the electronic discovery field. With his input, we will continue to improve the service we offer to our document review clients.”

He has managed document reviews involving as many as 120 reviewers and 50 data points and has developed project management and quality control processes to provide more efficient and cost-effective reviews with increased defensibility.

Prior to working in the eDiscovery industry, Mr. Tondryk spent six years as a commercial litigation associate. He handled all discovery issues for the cases in which he was involved. Mr. Tondryk received his J.D. from the University of California—Hastings College of the Law, which included his acceptance and study in the Erasmus International Law Program at Leiden University in the Netherlands for one semester.
