Portable Restrooms Company Bringing on New Team Members

Portable Restroom Trailers, LLC is expanding their staff to better serve customers. The company is a leading distributor of portable restrooms, showers, and other mobile facility solutions.

Over the last several years, Portable Restroom Trailers, LLC has grown to become a leading distributor of portable restrooms, showers, and other mobile facility solutions. Now offering the biggest names in the industry to an international market, PRT is developing their team to better serve customers. In the last several months, five new individuals have joined the company, with plans to hire for an additional two positions.

Each new team member to join PRT has gone through a rigorous training process, designed to develop enhanced knowledge and skills on the industry. The goal is to provide clients with sales experts, well-versed on the industry wide selection of lines that PRT carries. These employees are focused on finding the best facility solution to meet a client’s needs, budget, and timeline. In addition, a larger, more-informed staff means faster turnaround on quotes and enhanced customer service for end-clients.

Constantly seeking to stay abreast of the latest products and solutions available, the group recently attended the Pumper and Cleaner Expo and Portable Sanitation Association Convention and Tradeshow. Now, PRT team members are gearing up to visit manufacturer facilities including Forest River, ACSI (Advanced Containment Systems Incorporated), and Ultra Lav. They will be participating in a 3 day training at Ultra Lav, working alongside production team members to enhance their knowledge on the Ultra Lav building process and product lineup. Plans to visit additional manufacturers are also in the works.

Every new team member at PRT brings unique skills and a diverse background to the table. This creates a well-balanced group of professionals dedicated to serving PRT clients. The company is excited to introduce these individuals, and looks forward to their positive impact on the business and their end-clients.

With experience in sales and business consulting, Amy Carpentieri joined PRT as the Strategic Planning Director. Along with helping to grow the company on a strategic level, Amy is responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining the company’s Virtual Training Site. The system, as well as her other offline responsibilities, helps train staff on policies, processes, and the use of SalesForce. She also assists with onboarding new team members and other preliminary Human Resources responsibilities. Amy’s dedication for taking PRT to the next level has pushed the business to make important investments and expand. She is an essential asset to the success of the company, and PRT is excited about the direction she’s helping to lead them in.

As more and more customers are seeking immediate information and quotes on portable restrooms, PRT recognized a need to hire someone to create these materials. Dee Probst joined the team as Graphic Quote Facilitator to fulfill these responsibilities. She is in charge of preparing and creating quotes, brochures, and detailed trailer specifications. Her ability to breakdown a unit into a detailed document that is easy for the client to review and understand has made a significant impact on the purchasing process experience.

Much focus has been placed on growing PRT’s sales team to better meet client demand, and as such, Sean Boyle was brought on as a National Accounts Specialist. Sean’s professional background includes sales and management experience in the trading and mortgage industries. In addition, his leadership skills and business savvy were honed as an entrepreneur. Now concentrated on helping Portable Restroom Trailers acquire new clients and improve relationships with existing ones, he helps properly assess and match the client’s needs with the right product(s) for their application. He also fulfills a host of other job responsibilities, proving to be a vital part of the PRT sales team and a valuable asset to our clients.

The sales team has also grown with the onboarding of Bill McCormick. With a background as a sales manager and National Account Manager for a medical devices and telecommunications company, Bill is the newest hire at PRT. He has been hired as a National Accounts Specialist, as well as a Pre-Owned Equipment Coordinator. Beginning his new position in April, we are confident Bill will become a valued member of the team.

Last, but certainly not least, is PRT new hire Jack Montondo. Brought on as Sales Manager, John, “Jack,” Montando is responsible for overseeing the growing team. Jack has a background in sales management; his previous work experience focused on international clients and shipping logistics for desalination equipment. Jack works with PRT senior management to establish sales objectives and develop and implement marketing strategies. He also maintains and helps further expand the national sales staff through recruiting, selecting, mentoring, training, monitoring, and improving the skill set of his team members. Furthermore, Jack is tasked with improving the proposal and sales development processes and recommending changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments. Jack commits himself to becoming an expert in the field of whatever he’s selling, and his ability to foster team cooperation and lead by example have made a big difference in the PRT team atmosphere.
