Nexcess, a leading provider of WordPress hosting, Magento eCommerce hosting, and a Magento Platinum Hosting Partner, has announced the introduction of an Enterprise Support Group to facilitate enhanced levels of support for large clients with demanding hosting requirements. The Enterprise Support Group (ESG) comprises analysts and engineers with both hosting and industry expertise who work closely with enterprise clients to help them make the most of the company’s advanced and highly optimized hosting products.

Members of the ESG will effectively become an extension of a client’s technical team, interfacing with in-house staff to ensure that Nexcess’ hosting engineers create a bespoke high-performance hosting platform that meets the rigorous needs of clients. The Enterprise Support Group will work with larger dedicated server and server cluster clients across Nexcess’ range of hosting products, including WordPress, Magento, and ExpressionEngine hosting.

The Enterprise Support Group will manage the support requirements of clients from the initial stages of their hosting program, influencing the client hosting environment during its creation, through to deployment and beyond. Every client environment will be stress-tested to ensure that real-world performance adheres to client expectations. Migration to the Nexcess platform will be handled by an ESG member in close cooperation with client’s technical teams.

“As a leading hosting provider for some of the world’s most popular content management and eCommerce applications, we accommodate many high-traffic online retail stores, corporate sites, and publishers,” commented Chris Wells, President and CEO of Nexcess, “Clients with special requirements need special support, and we created the ESG to make sure that neither we nor our clients miss an opportunity to provide the consistent performance, stability, and availability demanded by the modern web. ”

Nexcess has become a byword for high-performance WordPress, Magento, and ExpressionEngine hosting, providing unbeatable speed and stability for sites of all sizes. Over the last decade, the Nexcess team has worked tirelessly to build a hosting platform capable of supporting even the largest and most demanding of sites. The Enterprise Support Group is the latest in a long series of technological and client-oriented innovations and further cements Nexcess’ position as the natural choice for enterprise hosting.
