Business process outsourcing and digitization solutions provider, Swiss Post Solutions (SPS), announced the appointment of Wilfrido “Wil” Delsalto as National Client Executive to help oversee its newest nationwide client, an international law firm established over 100 years ago.

Based out of New York, Wil will manage SPS’ operations, including comprehensive mail, reprographics, and conference center support, within this highly esteemed firm that works with some of the world's most respected and well-established banks and businesses, as well as start-up visionaries, governments and state-owned entities.

In his new role as SPS National Client Executive, Wil will be responsible for delivering the operational service excellence the firm requires on a daily basis. The scope of responsibility includes all aspects of management in relation to supporting outsourced services, driving innovative approaches and further enabling the law firm to focus its resources on its core competencies.

A skilled leader with broad expertise in both the outsourcing and legal fields, Wil joins SPS after gaining years of relevant experience managing the office services operations at top law firms while at Williams Lea.
