Clutch Continues Expansion in London with Addition of Data Analytics and Financial Services Expert Vincent Wan as Senior Director

Clutch Group, an organization dedicated to providing the professional services for law, is pleased to announce the hiring of Vincent Wan as a Senior Director in its London Office.

Vincent joins Clutch from the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), where he served as Project Lead on a variety of strategic projects within the Non-Core and Corporate Banking Divisions of the bank. As part of portfolio analytics functions and project data workstreams, Vincent implemented and managed various asset transfers and the large-scale extraction and delivery of data for major investigations and internal business restructuring exercises. Vincent has over six years of experience working with banks’ internal systems and co-ordinating with key stakeholders to design, implement and manage projects from a resourcing, technical, governance and data perspective. Prior to RBS, Vincent worked at LCH.Clearnet in its IT Project Management Office. In this capacity, Vincent worked on improving the overall quality of planning at LCH.Clearnet, ensuring best practices within portfolio management and prioritization, project resourcing, and quality assurance.

Vincent is a graduate of Exeter University, where he studied mathematics. He is also a PRINCE2 Practitioner, a project management methodology developed by the UK government.

In his new role as Senior Director, Vincent will manage major global engagements for diverse clients across the financial services industry. Vincent will also serve on Clutch’s client engagement team to help manage large scale remediation programs.
