Capstone On-Campus Management Portfolio Expansion Continues with Addition of Cornish College of the Arts
Birmingham, Alabama (PRWEB) May 08, 2014 -- Capstone On-Campus Management is pleased to announce its newest partnership to provide management services for Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, Washington. The new residential community, which represents the first residence hall to be constructed by the College, is on schedule to open in August 2015. The Cornish project is being developed by Capstone Development Partners.
Management of the new Cornish housing community will be through a shared governance arrangement, with Cornish retaining responsibility for all residence life services and Capstone On-Campus providing all other management services. First introduced some years ago, the objective of this model is to achieve a customized partnership, leveraging the strengths of Cornish and Capstone On-Campus. The model, which Capstone On-Campus continues to refine, has proven successful for a number of other campuses.

The new 432-bed residential community, located in downtown Seattle, will serve as principal on-campus housing for Cornish students and will also be open to City University of Seattle students. In addition to the residential component, the community provides administrative and academic spaces. Construction of the 20-story facility is currently underway.
