Greg Buseman Joins West Monroe Partners as Director of Business Development

Accomplished Leader Adds Valuable Consulting, Technology Marketplace Experience

West Monroe Partners, a full-service North American business and technology consultancy, today announced that Greg Buseman has joined the firm as director of business development. He has more than 30 years of experience building, growing, and coaching consultative sales and marketing teams in the technology products and consulting marketplace.

Buseman assumes responsibility for West Monroe Partners’ business development strategy and will oversee the firm’s team of business developers, promoting effective cross-organizational collaboration and sales activities.

Buseman joins West Monroe Partners from NTT DATA Americas, a global IT services company for which he was a vice president responsible for developing and growing the firm’s presence in oil and gas, utilities, chemicals, minerals, and mining sectors. Previously, he spent 15 years with NTT DATA subsidiary, The Revere Group, as a vice president responsible for sales leadership, marketing, talent acquisition, alliances, inside sales, and all other customer-facing initiatives.

Buseman began his career with IBM in Chicago, and over the course of 15 years he served in various account management and marketing roles, culminating in client executive leadership for one of IBM’s largest North American clients. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University and also participated in a 12-month IBM Executive Program developed by the Harvard Business School specifically for IBM.
