These funds would allow Push to Walk to provide 300 hours of service specifically for Veterans’ workouts. Push to Walk provides a safe and specialized exercise program to people with paralysis who have no other options available. Our program would give participants the opportunity to regain strength, function & independence, resulting in a higher quality of life. “Push to Walk has wanted to provide to Veterans for years now, and this grant would give us the funds to offer workouts free of charge to those who have given so much to our country,” explains Cynthia Templeton, President of Push to Walk. The nonprofit organization strives to improve the lives and welfare of Veterans in our community, and can further that mission by rallying together and encouraging others to join us in support by voting.
