A less-expensive option would be the five-night Mercure package that includes five nights accommodations at the Mercure Hotel on Princes St., along with Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday badges, transfers to and from Gleneagles daily, full Scottish breakfast, welcome reception, Edinburgh city tour, Ryder Cup gift bag and more. It is priced at $4350 per person double occupancy or $6200 private, before the discount.

The most-popular tour has been the eight-night London-Edinburgh package which includes three nights at the Marriott County Hall in London, Britrail train from London to Edinburgh, five nights accommodations at the Mercure, badges for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, full Scottish breakfast, London and Edinburgh city tours, welcome reception, Ryder Cup gift bag, and more. It is priced at $5850 per person double occupancy or $7450 private, before the discount.

A four-night Mercure package includes four nights hotel accommodations and tickets to the Friday, Saturday and Sunday sessions, and is priced at $3990 per person double occupancy or $5680 private, before the discount.

The Opening Ceremony package includes two nights at the Mercure, tickets to the Thursday practice round and Opening Ceremony, full Scottish breakfast, welcome reception, Edinburgh city tour; transfers to and from Gleneagles, Ryder Cup gift bag and more. It is priced at $1099 per person double occupancy or $1499 private.
