Castrucci holds a B.A. and MBA from Boston University and Lesley College, respectively, and will focus on aligning VARTA with OEMs in the New England electronics industry. Previously, Castrucci spent 10 years at 3M’s Electronic Solutions Decision (ESD) in sales and management roles, rising to the position of Eastern Regional Manager. He has also managed Anixter’s Salem, NH branch. Castrucci will be receiving leadership support from VARTA’s Eric Lind, National Sales Manager of OEM and Power Pack Systems (PPS).
