National Public Radio's Louisa Chu among those demonstrating techniques and recipes in PolyScience's booth at the National Restaurant Association Show, May 17 through 20.

PolyScience, the leader in Precise Temperature Control, will host iSi, the top manufacturer of culinary Whippers and Siphons, in booth #7254 in the North Hall of the National Restaurant Association Show at Chicago’s McCormick Place, May 17-20. Joining PolyScience to demonstrate cutting-edge culinary technology will be personalities including chef, consultant and journalist, Louisa Chu, co-host of National Public Radio’s Chewing the Fat.
