Macrae & Dick Land Rover add over 65 years’ experience in the Motor Industry to the team with the addition of Jim Proctor and George Mackie
Inverness, UK (PRWEB UK) 9 May 2014 -- Two new members have joined the Sales team at Macrae & Dick Land Rover, Jim Proctor from Inverness and George Mackie from Kintore.
Jim joined Macrae & Dick at the beginning of April as Sales Controller and started his career in the Motor Industry in 1974 as a Sales Executive for Proctor and Patterson in Elgin. Jim moved to Inverness in 1987 and for the last 17 years was General Manager at the Peugeot dealership on Harbour Road. Jim said ‘I am looking forward to the fresh challenge that this role will bring in getting me back to the floor and dealing with our customers on a daily basis.’
George joined Macrae & Dick on the 1st May as a Sales Executive. He began his career as a trainee Sales Executive with Land Rover in Aberdeen and worked there for over 25 years. George said ‘The most important aspect of my role is providing excellent customer service and throughout the past 26 years I have built up some long lasting relationships with my customers. I am looking forward to welcoming them to Macrae & Dick’
Derek Presly, Jaguar/Land Rover General Manager, Macrae & Dick said ‘I am delighted to welcome Jim and George to the team. They both have the experience and personality to assist us with growing the business further and providing the outstanding customer service that our customers have come to enjoy.’
The team at Macrae & Dick Land Rover has now grown to 33 full time employees.
