Can EBV Cause Arthritis; polyDNA Answers Survey Question and Recommends Gene-Eden-VIR and Novirin Against the Latent Epstein Barr Virus
Rochester, NY (PRWEB) May 12, 2014 -- polyDNA’s latest survey revealed that 36% of respondents with arthritis wanted to know if EBV is the cause of their disease. One study found that “In latent and replicating forms, it (EBV) has immunomodulating actions that could play a role in the development of this autoimmune disease (arthritis).” (See Arthritis Research & Therapy, published in 2006) (1). Other viruses are also linked to arthritis. “Infections that can trigger reactive arthritis include… viral infections that can cause a sore throat, cough or skin rash… (and) … the infection may be mild and soon forgotten, but it may still trigger an arthritis.” (See Patient.co.uk, last updated on March 15, 2012) (2). polyDNA therefore recommends that individuals with arthritis ask their doctors for an EBV blood test. If positive, they should talk to their doctors about Gene-Eden-VIR and Novirin. The formula of these natural antivirals was shown to reduce EBV symptoms in two separate clinical studies that followed FDA guidelines.
How can EBV cause arthritis?
A study showed that "RA patients have higher levels of anti-EBV antibodies than healthy controls. EBV-specific suppressor T cell function is defective in RA. HLA-DRB1*0404, an RA predisposing allele, is associated with low frequencies of T cells specific for EBV gp110, a replicative phase glycoprotein critical for the control of EBV infection. Patients with RA have higher EBV load in peripheral blood lymphocytes (median 8.84 copies per 500 ng DNA) than healthy controls (median 0.6 copies/500 ng DNA)." (See AutoImmunity Reviews, published in July 2004) (3). In addition, EBV-specific cytotoxic T cell function, which is needed for the control of the chronic infection, is defective in patients with RA; this probably causes the increased viral load observed in the patients.
Arthritis can be a crippling disease. It progressively destroys synovial joints (the most common type of joint in the human body) and can also cause other complications. Arthritis afflicts women much more than it does men. In addition, it has “enormous personal, social, and economic impact; women with RA have overall mortality rates 2.3-fold those in age-matched controls. New biologic therapies, based on an increasing understanding of the molecular mechanisms involved in RA, afford a more normal life to many, but the burden of disease remains high. At present there is no known cure (1).”
Are there any drugs or remedies that can reduce EBV symptoms?
“A few antiviral drugs are available that were shown to inhibit EBV replication in cell culture. These drugs include the acyclic nucleoside analogues aciclovir, ganciclovir, penciclovir, and their respective prodrugs valaciclovir, valganciclovir and famciclovir, the acyclic nucleotide analogues cidofovir and adefovir, and the pyrophosphate analogue foscarnet. However, clinical studies have shown that these drugs are mostly ineffective in humans.” (See Pharmacology & Pharmacy, from September 2013) (4). In contrast, there are two natural antiviral products with a formula that was shown to reduce EBV symptoms in two post-marketing clinical studies.
Because arthritis patients have “a 10-fold increase in EBV DNA load in peripheral blood mononuclear cells compared with that in controls (1),” polyDNA recommends that individuals with the condition ask their doctors for an EBV blood test. If positive, they should talk to the doctor about Gene-Eden-VIR and Novirin.
Novirin shares the same formula as Gene-Eden-VIR. The difference between the two is that Novirin has higher quality, more expensive ingredients. The Novirin/Gene-Eden-VIR formula was tested in two post-marketing clinical studies published in September 2013 and March 2014, respectively, in the peer reviewed medical journal Pharmacy & Pharmacology (4).
Interested individuals can view the two published studies here, http://cbcd.net/Gene-Eden-VIR-Clinical-Study.php and http://cbcd.net/Gene-Eden-VIR-Decreases-Fatigue-Clinical-Study.php.
Up to 70% of those studied reported a decrease in symptoms associated with EBV infection, and users of the Novirin/Gene-Eden-VIR formula experienced an increase in overall health (4).
Each ingredient of Gene-Eden-VIR and Novirin was chosen through a scientific approach. Scientists scanned thousands of scientific and medical papers published in various medical and scientific journals around the world to identify the highest quality, safest, most effective natural ingredients that target latent viruses.
A second clinical study showed that the Novirin/Gene-Eden-VIR formula decreased physical and mental fatigue. (See Pharmacology & Pharmacy, from March, 2014) (5).

polyDNA is a biotechnology company that develops dietary supplements using the unique scientific method developed by Dr. Hanan Polansky, which is based on Computer Intuition.
In addition to his unique scientific method, Dr. Polansky published the highly acclaimed scientific discovery, called Microcompetition with Foreign DNA. The discovery explains how foreign DNA fragments, and specifically, DNA of latent viruses, cause most major diseases.
polyDNA developed Novirin, an antiviral natural remedy that helps the immune system kill latent viruses.
