Matt Lester Brings Artistic Approach to Role

Peppercomm has added Matt Lester as creative director. During his career, Lester has pioneered and produced celebrated campaigns for high-profile national and international brands including Kohl’s, L’Oreal, Gillette, Brooks Brothers, Taster’s Choice, Coca-Cola, Alka-Seltzer, and Sprite, among others. This addition is the latest in a series of new hires designed to deepen expertise in key areas including content and creative services as the firm continues to build upon its fully integrated offerings.

In this role, Lester will oversee strategic and creative development, brand positioning and branding, and the management of creative, video production, and post-production teams from concept inception to distribution. Most recently, Lester was acting creative director at Karousel Collective and the Pedone agency, where he ran the Lord & Taylor program producing a variety of cross-platform campaigns for television, radio, print and on-line, social media, and experiential marketing and the US Polo Association business.
