Greenberg Traurig’s Precious Murchison Gittens Selected to Receive The Network Journal’s Annual “40 Under Forty” Achievement Award
NEW YORK (PRWEB) May 09, 2014 -- Precious Murchison Gittens, a shareholder in the Litigation department of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, has been selected to receive The Network Journal’s (TNJ) “40 Under Forty” award. She will be honored at TNJ awards dinner taking place Thursday, June 12, 2014 at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Times Square, New York, and will be featured in the June issue of the magazine.

Murchison Gittens is a trial lawyer who focuses her practice on defending companies and individuals facing government-related litigation and enforcement actions. She represents clients in congressional and inspector general investigations, advises business organizations and individuals in responding to subpoenas and inquiries, and conducts internal investigations. She specializes in preparing corporate executives and directors for criminal, civil and international arbitration proceedings, and handles substantial litigation matters involving the False Claims Act, health care fraud, contract and regulatory disputes, and business torts. Before joining the firm, Murchison Gittens was an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia. She resides in the Washington, D.C. office.
