Tinderholt will be responsible for developing and implementing new hire training, as well ongoing representative and management training. In addition, Tinderholt will direct the efforts of the company’s recruiting department, training recruiters and overseeing all recruiting efforts.

Tinderholt served in the military for 21 years, enlisting with the Air Force right out of high school and serving for 10 years. After the tragic events of 9/11, Tony decided to step up again, this time with the Army. He served as an officer for another 11 years. He saw combat in both Afghanistan and Iraq, earning a Bronze Star for outstanding conduct during combat.
With a master’s degree in educational leadership, Tinderholt also brings to Eliot a rich background in education and recruiting. He oversaw Army recruiting efforts for much of Texas, running 47 remote recruiting centers, and managing 420 soldiers. He has taught on a collegiate level, and was the vice president of education for a vocational college with 26 regional campuses. Tinderholt has also amassed a vast amount of experience creating and executing a wide variety of training programs.
