Created by Mo Anderson on her birthday, RED day, which stands for Renew, Energize and Donate, is a way of giving back to the community in lieu of presents and good wishes. She wanted the culture of the company to be about giving back, and this is event is now an ingrained part of Keller Williams Realty.
What started as a dream for Mo is now an event for tens of thousands of employees in the United States and Canada. It has become a true testament to her and what she hoped to accomplish with a pay it forward attitude.
