Dallas, Texas (PRWEB) May 13, 2014
Nowak & Stauch, LLP is pleased to report that attorneys Matthew A. Nowak and Thomas R. Stauch have been chosen to the 2014 Super Lawyers list, an honor reserved for just 5% of all lawyers in Texas. The firm will celebrate 10 years of service to its clients in October of this year, and remains committed to the practice of commercial, construction and real estate litigation, as well as nonsubscriber work injury defense and legal malpractice cases.
Matt Nowak was named a Texas Super Lawyer in civil and construction litigation for the second year in a row. Matt's litigation experience encompasses several fields: legal malpractice, commercial, construction, employment, nonsubscriber, and insurance defense. He learned the art of trial advocacy while working as an Assistant District Attorney for the Dallas County District Attorney's Office for three and a half years, during which time he tried more than 100 jury trials. In the civil arena, Matt has successfully tried cases before juries and arbitrators in Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Harris, Camp, Titus, Mt. Pleasant, Nacodoches, Lufkin, Hays, Travis, El Paso, and Hidalgo counties.
Tom Stauch was named a Texas Super Lawyer in construction and real estate litigation. Tom maintains an active and diverse civil litigation practice, representing his clients in a variety of litigation issues, including construction, real estate and commercial litigation, as well as legal malpractice claims. Since graduating from Texas A&M University and SMU’s Dedman School of Law, Tom has built his practice representing a broad range of clients including national homebuilders, local real estate developers, custom homebuilders, realtors, commercial contractors, and suppliers. Tom is also a trained mediator, and enjoys the challenge of helping other parties to resolve their disputes.
In addition to commercial, construction and real estate litigation, Nowak & Stauch represents clients who have suffered damages due to the legal malpractice of their former lawyers. Matt Nowak and Tom Stauch are AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and believe their work in the field of legal malpractice is an important safeguard—both for the public and for the profession. In fact, the firm has recently launched a website (http://www.txlegalmalpractice.com) dedicated exclusively to legal malpractice and the complex issues presented in those cases. Trust is still the foundation of every great relationship and the attorney-client relationship is no exception. The attorneys at Nowak & Stauch have built a trusted reputation by dedication to their clients and thorough preparation. If you are facing litigation, even with your former lawyer, you can trust Nowak & Stauch.
