Haneke Design Named a Finalist in Three Categories in the 2014 American Business Awards℠
Tampa, Fla. (PRWEB) May 12, 2014 -- Haneke Design has been named a Finalist in three categories in The 2014 American Business Awards, and will ultimately claim a Gold, Silver, or Bronze Stevie® Award in each category when the winners are announced at a ceremony in San Francisco later this year.
Tie the Knot, a responsive web site and mobile application Haneke Design created for Two Coast Ventures, was recognized as a Finalist in the Events category. PrayerBowls.com, a responsive e-commerce site built last year for Tampa entrepreneurs Karen and Tom Berry, was chosen as a Finalist in the Lifestyle category. And a mobile app that has helped diagnose hundreds of parathyroid tumors since its launch in 2013, CalciumPro, was named a Finalist in the Education & Reference category.
“We are honored to be among the exceptional organizations who have been recognized for the Stevie Awards and deeply grateful to our clients for trusting us to bring their ideas to life,” said Jody Haneke, president of Haneke Design, a leading interactive design and development firm focused on delivering user-centered solutions for desktop, mobile and tablet devices. “Each of these projects has helped transform people’s lives in some meaningful way: coordinating their weddings, strengthening them through the power of prayer, or helping them find the answer to a medical mystery that has caused so much suffering. We couldn’t be more proud to see these collaborations recognized by the American Business Awards.”
The American Business Awards are the nation’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.
The American Business Awards will be presented at two awards events: the ABA's traditional banquet on Friday, June 13 in Chicago and the new product & technology awards event on Friday, September 12 in San Francisco.
More than 3,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories.
Finalists were chosen by more than 150 business professionals nationwide during preliminary judging in April and May. More than 150 members of several specialized judging committees will determine Stevie Award placements from among the Finalists during final judging, to take place May 13-22.
