Aventura, FL (PRWEB) June 13, 2014

Horwitz Dermatology, a South Florida-area dermatology practice led by Dr. Steven Horwitz, is now offering the latest member of the Juvederm family of fillers, Juvederm VOLUMA XC, as part of its practice’s collection of injectibles. VOLUMA XC is from the makers of Allergan and is the first and only of its kind approved by the FDA for use as a temporary treatment for volume loss in the cheeks associated with aging.

Horwitz Dermatology has three certified injectors on staff: Dr. Horwitz, Dr. Bilu-Martin, and Whitney Krohn, MMS, PA-C. Using VOLUMA XC, all three providers have seen dramatic, but tasteful, transformations of the face for their patients.

“Voluma is the latest addition to the Juvederm family of facial fillers. Voluma is the filler of choice for the “Voluma Lift,” an exciting improvement to elevate sunken, atrophic cheeks restoring a more youthful appearance and reducing that tired, need more sleep appearance. With the “Voluma Lift,” you look younger and more refreshed and, reported in published studies, you have improvement that can last up to 2 years,” says Dr. Horwitz.

Juvederm VOLUMA XC is designed with Allergan’s HYLACROSS technology, making the gel more durable and giving patient’s results that are proven to last up to two years. This cosmetic filler adds a subtle lift, restoring contour in the cheek, with minimal down-time for patients. Results can be seen immediately in the hollows and apples of the cheeks, and side effects of VOLUMA XC are minimal for its users.
