About BGD Law
BGD Law was founded in 2013 by Benjamin G. Dusing as a “new model” law firm designed from scratch and premised on the latest in legal technology and innovation. BGD Law eschews the “old model” of the traditional law firm and focuses instead on principles of efficiency – principles that grounded in a commitment to decrease client cost and maximize client outcomes through the use of technology and the “unbundling” of legal services. The attorneys of BGD Law generally practice in the areas of civil and criminal litigation, with an emphasis on cases and representations involving fraud. One example of BGD Law’s commitment to ushering in a new era of legal practice is its creation of an affiliated, non-law firm entity, BGD Legal Outsourcing, to perform at significantly lower rates certain non-legal support services traditionally bundled” with legal services. The BGD Law/BGD Legal Outsourcing model was recently recognized at the Covington Business Excellence Awards as one of three finalists among dozens of nominees in the Innovative Business category.
