DBC Pri-Med, LLC Appoints Melinda Lindquist as Director of Continuing Medical Education and Accreditation
Boston, Mass. (PRWEB) May 14, 2014 -- DBC Pri-Med, LLC, the leading provider of professional medical education to a community of more than 260,000 clinicians, today announced the appointment of Melinda Lindquist as Director of Continuing Medical Education (CME) and Accreditation for pmiCME. pmiCME is the accreditation division of DBC Pri-Med, LLC. In her new role, Ms. Lindquist will help lead Pri-Med’s collaborations with medical schools and associations nationwide to build CME curriculums that are tailored specifically to improve patient outcomes.
Ms. Lindquist has worked in medical education, communications and business strategy for over 30 years. She comes to Pri-Med directly from the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center, where she served as a consultant in education strategy. Her prior experience includes fifteen years as President of InforMEDical Communications, an accredited provider of live and enduring innovative medical education for specialty physicians in oncology and urology, and twelve years in the biopharmaceutical industry. Ms. Lindquist is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management and Smith College.
