TestLink USA (part of the TestLink group of companies), a global leader in independent ATM solutions for the ATM industry has today announced that it has acquired ATM Parts Plus.
The acquisition of ATM Parts Plus continues the TestLink Group’s international growth plans and extends the TestLink Group’s position as a global provider of ATM parts and services worldwide.
ATM Parts Plus are experts on NCR and Diebold ATMs, and together have a collective industry experience of over 40 years. Based in Franklin, Ohio, the business specializes in supplying ATM parts all across the USA, and brings significant expertise and parts inventory to support the combined businesses ATM parts and service offerings.
The new and enlarged organisation now employs more than 150 employees across Europe and the USA, and has cemented its position as one of the largest independent ATM parts and services businesses in the world. Holding more than $7.5M of inventory across three distribution hubs worldwide, the business has recently extended its geographic reach and now serves nearly 2,000 customers in more than 60 countries across Europe, The Americas, Africa, Asia and the Pacific region.

Still managed by its co-founders, the business has gone from strength to strength, with this acquisition (the second in less than a year) a demonstration of TestLink’s successful strategy of growing both organically and through acquisition.
