'Our mission is to connect students with business and to condition their mind with creative thinking rather than following the status quo of internships,' says Max, CEO of TraxNYC.
New York, NY (PRWEB) May 15, 2014
TraxNYC is thrilled to announce the official launch of their International Internship Program for International Undergraduate and Graduate Students. Programs in the Historic Diamond District consist of Marketing and Operations Initiatives. The programs are hosted at TraxNYC headquarters where students work directly with the CEO and Vice President of the Hip Hop Jewelry company.
Currently, TraxNYC accepts students from twenty two regions of France. The internship is an intricate part of students studies as it is the final requirement for degree completion. When the three month program is completed, students return to France where they produce an intense report of what was accomplished and present a formal presentation in front of their jurors.
Mathilde Melline, 23, is currently pursuing her Masters in Finance and Marketing from Kedge Business School in Marseille, France and quotes, “the experience is different than other internship initiatives...I interned eight months with structured work at BNP Paribas (one of the world’s largest financial institutions) for my undergraduate degree and find that I am able to be more creative with ideas to further business and am therefore improving my skill set in America - I’ve learned analytical strategy and social media marketing analytics.”
This is not your typical internship. TraxNYC has been in business for ten years, started by a young entrepreneur at the age of 17. The process of application, acceptance, and J-1 visa take a total of four months. Students accepted to intern with the Hip Hop Jewelry company are specifically working on a unique branding initiative and work with high end luxury diamonds, jewels, gold, and watches such as Hublot, Rolex, and Audemers Piguet.
“Our mission is to connect students with business and to condition their mind with creative thinking rather than following the status quo of internships,” says Max, CEO of TraxNYC.
TraxNYC will expand their International Internship Program in 2015 with the addition of two additional initiatives and will continue to accept interns for current and new programs.
