Walsh will serve on a panel, led by Massa, titled “Wading Into the Big Data Pool.” They will be discussing how technology and innovation have significantly changed the way restaurateurs interact with customers, with big data at the crux. They will also explore how restaurants can interact responsibly with customers when harnessing big data by using marketing techniques that drive sales, loyalty, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
