Window Genie of Lake Norman continues its efforts to give back to local veterans and share their message of gratitude to local military men and women.

Window Genie

This is such a great surprise, it really is a blessing.

Peter Cogan and his team at Window Genie will clean the home of local military veteran, Jose Serrano on May 27th in Mt. Holly. Window Genie has been actively seeking veterans in the community to give back to since April of 2013. Cogan and his team ask that the community continues to refer a vet in their life to Window Genie so they may receive a free window cleaning.

Cogan said, “We’re so grateful for those who’ve allowed us to continue giving back by referring us to a vet in their life. My team and I take pride in our work and offering a free window cleaning is our way of thanking these men and women for their service. We’re excited to be able to clean Jose’s home after the Memorial Day holiday weekend and hope our message of gratitude reaches all the veterans in our community.”

Jose and his family had purchased a daily deal coupon from a different window cleaning company just last year; that service provider never showed up. He said, “This is such a great surprise, it really is a blessing. My neighbor just happens to know Peter at Window Genie and told me he was looking for a local veteran to offer his services to. Having a local business reach out to me and provide their services just to say thank you really says a lot about his team and the company. From the bottom of my heart I thank him and am so happy to have him come to my home.”
