Gold Team, Vancouver Rental Management Company, Launches New Website
Vancouver, BC (PRWEB) May 14, 2014 -- Gold Team Management Services, a leading rental management company in Vancouver, announced today that after months of development and testing, they have launched their new corporate website: http://www.gtrentalmanagement.com.
Gold Team Management Services has been so focused on servicing their clients, they’ve postponed updating their own website. Until now, that is.
Company president, Richard J. Van Slyke, explains the reasoning behind the overhaul, “Our new website caters to owners looking for rental management services in Vancouver and people wanting to rent properties. We cast a wide net, so we wanted the site to be very user friendly and as succinct as possible.”
Two big changes that regular visitors will notice include the segmenting of rental properties by city and the addition of online application forms. Since many of the website visitors require their information on the fly, a mobile-friendly version has been developed too.
On that aspect of the launch, Van Slyke added, “The day after we launched, I saw a couple in a coffee shop using our new mobile site to browse properties on their phone. I had a feeling the mobile friendly site would be popular, but that made it official for me.”
Gold Team Management Services has been in business under the same management for 35 years and has an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. While most property management companies in Vancouver specialize in strata complexes or commercial properties, Gold Team is solely devoted to rental management of individually owned residential rental properties. They have offices in Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, New Westminster, Tsawwassen, Ladner and White Rock.
