Podcast 56 features Ian Melancon, the CEO of River Road Coffees in Baton Rouge, LA. During summers while he was in college, Melancon worked with his father who started the business. After graduating from LSU, he began taking on more responsibilities and eventually the reins of their ever growing family-run business. Melancon relates how and why they can compete with much larger coffee companies.
Adrienne Melancon Folse is the subject of Session 57. She lives in New Orleans, LA, with her family and is owner of Design the Planet. Folse heads a team of "talented brand design and development engineers" that help companies "evolve for success." She has also branched out with franchise branding and a group that only deals with construction clients.
