Chesterbrook, PA (PRWEB) May 14, 2014

On the afternoon of Sunday, May 18, Dr. Isaac E. Sasson, Dr. Abraham K. Munabi, the staff of Shady Grove Fertility in Pennsylvania, and over 50 families will gather for Family Day at the Elmwood Park Zoo from 1:00-3:00 PM.

Almost everyone knows someone who has had trouble having a baby. The heartache, the tears, the questions, and the unknown, can be devastating. The Shady Grove Fertility team has been able to give hope back to patients, help families feel in control again, and make fertility options more affordable than ever before. We are honored to have received such an outpouring of response since expanding to Pennsylvania. This Family Day is to celebrate our patients, celebrate their perseverance, and their ability to not give up hope.

Joining the doctors and staff will be couples like John and Inna, one of Dr. Sasson’s first patients at Shady Grove Fertility in Chesterbrook, who are now proud parents of baby Annmarie. The day Shady Grove Fertility opened in Chesterbrook, Inna and John traveled from Central New Jersey, knowing that after two failed IUI procedures they may require more advanced fertility treatment. With Dr. Sasson and the staff at Shady Grove Fertility John and Inna found support, personal care, and friendship that sustained them throughout their journey to parenthood.

“John and Inna were the first patients to come through the door at Shady Grove Fertility in Chesterbrook and that day I promised to help them become parents. Since that initial visit, the entire staff and I have been proud to repeat that promise for over two years to hundreds of patients. We can’t wait to spend an afternoon reconnecting with our patients and meeting many of their babies, now all part of the Shady Grove Fertility family," says Dr. Isaac E. Sasson.

Since Shady Grove Fertility expanded to Pennsylvania in 2012 over 120 babies have been born in Philadelphia and surrounding areas. At Family Day kids and parents alike will enjoy food, drinks, face painting, family photos, and of course, the Elmwood Zoo’s many animals.
