The 2014 Nissan Juke Crossover Reinvents “Fun Driving” at Delaware and Maryland Nissan Dealership
Hurlock, Maryland (PRWEB) May 15, 2014 -- The 2014 Nissan Juke isn’t like any other crossover, it is a Sport Cross. The taillights on the Juke are inspired by the 370Z. The Juke offers the best of both worlds as it has the look of a 2-door sports car but the function of a 4-door vehicle.
The interior of the Nissan Juke is quite impressive. The Juke has sport bucket seats that fit close to the body and keep the driver in control when making tight maneuvers. The center console is sport-motorcycle inspired. Nissan took inspiration from sport-bikes to craft the unique appearance of the center console. The center console can reflect the driver’s personality with performance red or a tough gunmetal finish. The gauges in the Juke are also inspired by generations of motorsport styling. They are designed for ease of understanding. There is also hidden space underneath the cargo floor holds for the day to day essentials to be placed out of sight.
The performance of the Juke is nothing less than the best. Nissan uses electric power steering instead of hydraulic power steering which cuts down on the amount of power needed from the engine. This also means more miles out of every tank. The Direct Injection Gasoline Turbo Engine is standard in the Juke. Nissan has delivered the power of a larger engine while maintaining the better fuel economy of a smaller engine. The Integrated Control System provides the driver with a unique interface. The driver can control the cabin environment and numerous other vehicle adjustments from the Control System.
The Juke Nismo is a special version of the Nissan Juke. Nissan has taken the Juke and given it the Nismo aero package. The Nismo has sport-tunes suspension, tighter handling, stickier tires and more power. The interior of the Nismo features bolstered performance seats, a black Alcantara leather wrapped steering wheel with a red accent at 12 o’clock, a leather seat knob with contrasting stitching. Engineers dropped the suspension on the Nismo, enhanced the aerodynamic profile, tweaked the rear spoiler and gave it 18” aluminum wheels with low-profile performance tires. The Nismo has genuine Recaro seats.
The Nissan Juke is also a very safe vehicle. Nissan’s Advanced Air Bag System includes dual stage supplemental front air bags with seat belt sensors and an occupant classification sensor. Their inflation rate will adjust based on the severity of the crash and seat belt usage. The Latch system is another way that Nissan is working to keep children safe. The Latch system lets the driver secure the child restraints without having to use seat belts of a locking chip.
