Houston, TX (PRWEB) May 14, 2014
EmLogis, a leading provider of automated employee scheduling software for corrections and public safety facilities, today announced that they are hosting a live three-part webinar series entitled “Crash Course in Staffing Analysis for Corrections Facilities” featuring guest speaker Rod Miller, Jail Consultant and Author of the NIC Jail Staffing Analysis Books.
Employee scheduling and budgeting for labor costs in a complex 24 x 7 x 365 work environment such as a corrections facility is very challenging. With budgets tight, expenses highly scrutinized, and staffing critical to the management of the facility, corrections departments are under pressure to more accurately estimate staffing requirements, to reduce overtime hours, and to build more accurate budgets for all expenses including labor costs. This webinar series, Crash Course in Staffing Analysis, will offer practical advice on how to analyze staffing and how to more accurately plan for labor costs within corrections facilities.
Webcast 1 of 3 will be held on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at 1 PM and is entitled: “Calculating Net Hours – How Often Will an Employee Report for a Scheduled Shift?”
