Cedar Falls, IA (PRWEB) May 15, 2014 -- AgencyBloc, a web-based agency management system built specifically for health and life insurance agencies, is sponsoring a series of free educational webinars featuring insurance expert Steve Anderson. This webinar series is part of AgencyBloc’s ongoing educational program, BlocTalk. Steve will present four educational webinars designed to give insurance agents insights needed to grow their business and become more efficient in today's tech-driven world.
The first webinar, titled Cool Tools, Gadgets, and Gizmos to Improve Productivity, will be presented on Thursday, May 22, 2-3 p.m. CDT. Participants can register by visiting the AgencyBloc website.
“I'm looking forward to conducting some of my most popular sessions in the BlocTalk series,” said Anderson. “The first session will review the latest software, hardware, and Internet sites that agents should know about to help them stay competitive. I'm happy to help AgencyBloc support technology education for agents and agencies.”
Participants will explore the latest in new technologies that help agents to more effectively manage, and grow, their agencies and individual books of business. Specific examples will be provided on just how each of these tools can help increase productivity and effectiveness in an agency.

This partnership with Steve Anderson is a perfect way for us to tie people and technology together,” said Lewis.
AgencyBloc will continue to announce dates for additional educational webinars in the BlocTalk program. Upcoming topics will include topics such as sales in a virtual agency, document management, and E&O exposure.

About AgencyBloc:
AgencyBloc was created to fill a gap between web-based customer relationship management (CRM) offerings, and expensive, client-based agency management systems. Many agencies attempt to use generic web-based CRM systems only to realize that it does not fit the model of health and life insurance and can be very difficult and expensive to customize. Very few ‘out of the box’ solutions contain a comprehensive and flexible commission system, with the ability to pay sub-agencies if the need arises. Significant focus was placed on the commission module of the solution, as it is one of the most important aspects of a successful agency-the ability to pay commissions efficiently and accurately. With more than six years serving the insurance industry, AgencyBloc is committed to providing excellent software and customer service.
About Steve Anderson:

He has been a licensed independent agent for 30 years and is Executive Editor of The Anderson Agency Report (TAAR), a monthly newsletter dedicated to providing independent agents with the insurance technology information they need to more effectively manage and grow their agencies. He is also president of The Anderson Network, Inc. which was formed to help agents and brokers maximize productivity and profits using practical technology.
