G4S Formalizes Support to Employees Serving in the National Guard and Reserves
Jupiter, Florida (PRWEB) May 14, 2014 -- G4S Secure Solutions, America’s leading security company, signed a Statement of Support, re-affirming its participation and partnership with Department of Defense and the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Program. This marks a continuing commitment by G4S to recruit and hire those who have served in the United States Armed Forces and currently serve in the National Guard and Reserve.
G4S Secure Solutions President Drew Levine signed the document at G4S Headquarters in Jupiter, Florida. G4S has hired more than 12,800 veterans since August 2011.
"Today, we reaffirm our commitment to U.S. veterans and reservists,” said Levine. “We strongly support our current employees who serve our country, and are committed to welcome new employees who serve, or have served in the military."
G4S will provide managers and leaders with the resources and tools necessary to effectively integrate the requirements of employees who serve in the Guard and Reserves with our day-to-day operations.
Today's event is only part of the focus on veterans at G4S. G4S continuously conducts military hiring events and has been recognized consistently for its full range of military outreach initiatives.
