Every year, we see an increase in the amount that we are paying out in annual recruiter profit and additional year-end cash-back awards. This shows how lucrative contract staffing can be for recruiters.

A number of recruiters who made contract placements through the back-office services of Top Echelon Contracting, Inc., (TEC) last year have been rewarded for their hard work.
TEC has once again sent out Frequent Contract Placer Program (FCP) awards to its most productive recruiters. This year, the company paid out $58,275 out to 23 recruiters based on 2013 placement numbers.
“We created this program in 2007 to give recruiters extra motivation to encourage them make contract placements, and it has been very successful,” TEC President Debbie Fledderjohann said. “Every year, we see an increase in the amount that we are paying out in annual recruiter profit and additional year-end cash-back awards. This shows how lucrative contract staffing can be for recruiters.”
Through the FCP, recruiters can earn “cash-back” points based on recruiter income (commission) they earn on contract placements made through TEC throughout the year. Recruiters are automatically enrolled in this free program when they make a placement through TEC. Recruiters who earn $20,000 or more in contract placement income through TEC are eligible for the FCP awards. Those awards range from 1% to 3% based on the amount they earned during the calendar year. This is over and above the money they earn for every hour their contractors work.
