Flexpipe Systems Chooses Intelex to Boost Commitment to Quality

Flexpipe will be using Intelex’s Process Nonconformance (NCR), Audit Management and Monitoring and Measurement solutions to drive their quality performance.
In the market for a streamlined NCR solution, Flexpipe turned to Intelex. Intelex’s Process Nonconformance system allows Flexpipe to easily submit nonconformances and provides company-wide visibility into each nonconformance report and its impact. Flexpipe can also assign follow-up corrective and preventive action (CAPA) tasks to employees in response to a particular nonconformance report.
As providers of composite pipeline solutions to the global energy sector, quality is a high priority at Flexpipe. Flexpipe required a solution that could provide insight into customer satisfaction, which is an integral aspect of quality management. Intelex internally developed a custom application, known as Customer Net Promoter Score, using Application Builder to help Flexpipe manage this issue. With the Customer Net Promoter Score application, Flexpipe is able to cohesively manage feedback after an installation to ensure customers are satisfied, handle recommendations of services from clients, and review all areas of improvement.
