Construction will begin in Spring 2014; the leasing center will open this summer and the community will open for residents in Fall 2015.
The Domain at Waco will be a gated 186-unit property with 564 beds located within one mile of Baylor University. The community will provide students with a variety of floor plan options, offering a mix of one-, two-, and four-bedroom apartments and townhomes. Every fully furnished apartment will come standard with hardwood-style floors, granite countertops, flat screen TVs, stainless steel appliances, private bathrooms, full size washer and dryer, and many other features.
The community amenities at The Domain at Waco will offer residents the perfect place to live, study and play. The community will feature an 11,000 square foot clubhouse, a resort-style pool, Internet café, outdoor fire pit, pro-style sand volleyball, poolside hammock lounge area, video gaming center, sports field, complimentary tanning, group fitness studio, 24-hour gym and multiple private group study rooms.
