Woodcraft now has the largest number of full-line Festool dealer locations in the nation. In addition to the extensive selection of tools and accessories available at the 71 retail locations, Woodcraft’s warehouse now stocks over 1,000 Festool tools and accessories to support catalog and Internet sales, a position it believes will be extremely beneficial to its customer base.

“Maintaining a full line of Festool products represents an increased commitment to Woodcraft’s retail partnership with Festool,” Vince Grlovich, Vice President for Sales and Marketing said.

With US headquarters in Lebanon, Indiana, Festool makes professional power tools designed to help users work faster, easier and smarter.

“We want to be our customers’ one-stop shop for all their Festool needs,” power tool sales manager Andrew Bondi said. “We’ve seen an increase in demand for high-end tools and accessories and feel confident in offering this line because of Festool’s commitment to quality and innovation that is reflected in its three-year warranty on tools.”

According to Bondi, “Festool has introduced many tools that changed the way people work, such as the first portable chainsaw, the first orbital sander, the Domino Joiner that reinvented loose tenon joinery, and CT Dust extractors, a benchmark for portable dust containment.”

Training is another important part of Woodcraft’s commitment to the Festool partnership, according to Grlovich. “Stores send employees to take courses offered at Festool training facilities in Henderson, Nevada, and Lebanon, and they in turn train other employees. The result is a factory-trained sales staff that can better guide customers in choosing Festool products to meet their needs.”
