New File & ServeXpress VP Will Focus on Bringing Top E-Filing and E-Services Products to Legal Arena
Irving, Texas (PRWEB) May 16, 2014 -- File & ServeXpress, the pioneer and national leader of electronic filing and e-Service for the legal and judicial communities, today announced the appointment of Paul Bernardini, a 15-year veteran of the legal services arena, as Vice President of Sales and Business Development. Bernardini is responsible for the company’s growth goals focusing on sales for not only the current suite of innovative e-Filing and e-Service products but also the next generation of products and services to be offered to the legal industry.

Bernardini brings extensive skills in the areas of sales and business development, strategic planning, marketing and sales team management to File & ServeXpress. Additionally, as an attorney, he has functional insight of the legal profession that File & ServeXpress serves.

Prior to joining File & ServeXpress, Bernardini served on the leadership team of DOAR Litigation Consulting as the firm’s Vice President of Sales, where he launched the company’s Houston office and managed the sales teams for DOAR’s trial consulting and expert witness services divisions. Under Bernardini’s leadership, The New York Law Journal recognized DOAR as the best jury consultant and best overall expert witness provider according to its 2013 Reader Rankings.
Bernardini received his law degree from the City University of New York School of Law. He has written for publications such as American Law Reports (ALR) and the Journal of International Studies and has lectured about key phases of the litigation process. He attended the U.S. International University, where he received the award for “Outstanding Student in International Relations.” He earned his B.A. in International Studies from the State University of New York College at Brockport. Paul also studied at Centro Bilingue, The Center for Bilingual Multicultural Studies in Cuernavaca, Mexico.
