Outside GC Adds to New York Legal Team

Mr. Camhi has joined as a Member of the Firm, and was previously Director and Corporate Counsel for Getty Images, the industry leading provider of still photography.
Mr. Camhi focuses his practice on intellectual property licensing and commercial transactions including, among other practice areas, SaaS and software licensing, advertising and marketing services, digital media production and distribution, and sports properties and events. He also has significant experience in a broad array of general corporate matters and has worked with companies in many industries and at all stages in their growth cycle.

Jason began his legal career as an M&A associate with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom after graduating cum laude from Boston University School of Law. He received his B.A. in political science from the University of Michigan.
