Graebel Companies, Inc. has been honored with the 2013 UnitedHealthcare Well Deserved Award. Graebel was one of only 12 recipients in the U.S. to receive the esteemed recognition for its top-rated employee health and wellness program.
According to the UnitedHealthcare website, the annual honor is given to employers who demonstrate an exceptional commitment to helping their employees improve their health and well-being by investing in worksite wellness programs. Graebel received high scores in the categories that were reviewed by the external review panel that utilized widely accepted guidelines for effective worksite programs which included:

- Supporting behavioral change
- Incentives and rewards
- Employee engagement
- Effective outcomes
