For almost one hundred years, Goodwill has provided a hand up for local people in need of a second chance through the power of work. Goodwill, often a last hope for the chronically unemployed, helps thousands of people migrate from public assistance to paycheck, become self-sufficient and take part in supporting their families and communities.
“We count on Goodwill to make great referrals for our desk clerk business. Some of our most successful employees got their start at Goodwill,” Laurie Bernstein, SF Solutions.
“For people looking for their first job -- or their first job in a long time -- Goodwill’s Career Fair is the right place to meet employers with openings right now,” said Troy Henry, Goodwill’s Sr. Manager of Job Development.
