Nashville, Tennessee (PRWEB) May 21, 2014

juice. Nashville announces the opening of its second retail storefront. The new shop, located inside of Hendersonville Produce, will be the first of its kind in Hendersonville. This location opens after last summer’s successful launch of their Gulch retail store.

juice. Nashville was born in local Farmer’s Markets in August 2011. Created by owners Wes and Stephanie Waring, juice. Nashville is a self-funded, family-owned, cold-pressed juicery born and based in Nashville. They are regarded as trailblazers - opening the first cold-pressed juicery in the state of Tennessee. Each day, their team cold-presses, blends & bottles fresh fruit and vegetable juices.

Stephanie Waring states, "Cold-pressed juice is the best juice you can give your body. When we press our blends, we do not apply any heat or force oxygen into the juice. Because of this, you are able to absorb significantly more nutrients versus a standard juicer."

She continued stating, "Centrifugal juicers found in most juice bars whip air into the blends making it frothy, warm and must be consumed within 15 minutes," Waring adds. "Pressing juice is hard work but it is worth it!"

Pressing juice is a two-step process. During the first step, fresh fruits & vegetables are gently ground into a pulp. Next, the pulp is captured in cloth bags and slowly pressed using a hydraulic press - releasing rich vitamins, minerals, and living enzymes into a delicious, pulp-free juice.

The couple started juice. as a mobile business, bringing their unique blends to Farmer’s Markets. Customers across the region could not get enough of their bottled creations. As a result, they expanded their business to include home & office delivery. In addition, they established unique pickup location partnerships with other locally owned businesses – including Epic Yoga, Results Fitness, Bikram Hot Yoga & Hendersonville Produce.

They were able to open their Gulch location with the help of Kickstarter, a popular crowd-sourcing platform. People across the country backed their campaign – contributing to the launch of their very first storefront.

This unique cold-pressed juicery provides the public with:

Fresh hand-crafted juice, 100% raw and unpasteurized; bottled in their own licensed commercial kitchen;

Pressed with a hydraulic press, their juice provides 3-5 times more vitamins and nutrition vs. a standard centrifugal juicer found in most juice bars;

Amazing pulp-free juice that will keep its nutrition, flavor and color for 3 days;

2-4 pounds of fresh produce packed into each single 16 ounce bottle;

Fresh juice blends with no added preservatives, additives, water or sugar.
