Public Justice in Partnership with Synergy’s Foundation Announces New Illuminating Injustice Award
ORLANDO, Fla. (PRWEB) May 29, 2014 -- The Foundation for Those With Special Needs, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, announced their partnership with Public Justice, America’s public interest law advocacy group on the new Illuminating Injustice Award. The award was designed to help those who have suffered a significant injury but have received only a limited recovery.
The Illuminating Injustice Award recipient will be announced during the Public Justice Annual Gala & Awards Dinner on Sunday, July 27, 2014 in Baltimore, Maryland and awarded a $25,000 check from Synergy’s non-profit, The Foundation for Those with Special Needs, a 501(c)(3) that provides monies to charitable organizations that promote and protect the civil justice system.
The purpose of this new award is to highlight just one of the many clients Public Justice’s supporters have represented who have suffered a catastrophic injury and for certain legal reasons, were unable to get the just compensation they deserved.
“We hope to help raise awareness of these types of unfortunate situations and help injury victims with additional monetary relief. We are honored to partner with Public Justice on this important initiative.” said Foundation Director, President Jason Lazarus.
