Highly experienced Employee Benefits Consultant joins Medcom to lead the company to its next stage of growth and development in Fringe Benefit Administration and Health & Welfare Compliance.

Young has joined the company as Employee Benefits Consultant effective May 12, 2014. Mr. Young brings over 40 years of experience in healthcare benefits, including leading roles with Humana, Inc., Aetna and other major health insurance carriers.

With a singular focus on making customers successful, Mr. Young has a proven track record of driving organizational growth by offering differentiated value, providing excellent customer service, and creating an outstanding consumer experience. Mr. Young will report to Michael J. Bracken, President of Medcom.
