Golf is a sport that can be played at really any age. It is a hobby that serves well in life from childhood into adulthood. Teaching golf at an early age can serve kids well as they grow into their careers. Zimmermann’s Kettle Hills Golf Course wants to help these children by offering junior golf lessons this upcoming summer at their course in Richfield.
The quality staff of Kettle Hills, including PGA and LPGA Certified professionals, will be teaching children in seven week leagues starting mid-June. The junior leagues will teach the basics of golf, rules of the game, and proper etiquette. Junior golfers will learn to enjoy the game by combining fun, friends, and fitness.
Junior golf lessons are offered in several levels. An 18-Hole League will be available for those will prior experience, and generally suggested for teenagers ages 14-18. A mid-level 9-hole league will be offered for those ages 11 and up, with only basic prior experience, and a child league of 5 holes will be for those with no previous golf experience. For more information, or to register for these quickly filling leagues, visit the junior registration page.
