RE/MAX branded offices lead the Twin Cities’ 13-county metro area for listings sold in quarter one of 2014, placing the brokerage in the No. 1 market share position. RE/MAX finished the quarter at a steady pace and is on track to continue its three-year streak of holding the dominant seat in the market.
“The Twin Cities housing market hasn’t always been steady or predictable, but the service our broker/owners and agents provide to buyers and sellers has been consistently reliable over the years,” said David Linger, regional director of RE/MAX North Central. “The data shows that RE/MAX offices continue to sell the most listings in the Twin Cities year after year, which demonstrates the depth and breadth of knowledge our network leverages to support this region.”
A report compiled by RE/MAX North Central reveals that the brokerage network sold the most listings in the Twin Cities during the first quarter of the year, outperforming some competitors by nearly 20 percent.
RE/MAX North Central leveraged data supplied by the Regional Multiple Listing Service of Minnesota for all single-family residential listings closed between Jan. 1 and March 31. Data is aggregated from all regional real estate office locations and independent offices of each multi-office or franchise organization.
