Newly launched, Monday Envelope (http://www.mondayenvelope.com), an all-in-one communications solution for PTA/PTO groups, is now accepting nominations for its School Volunteer of the Year contest http://www.mondayenvelope.com/volunteercontest – to honor parents and other volunteers making a difference in their schools.

Megan Calhoon, CEO of SocialMoms.com talks about their decision to support Monday Envelope and the School Volunteer of the Year contest. “I know how important parent volunteers are to a school. As a busy Mom myself, I can’t overstate how much time and energy it takes to make it all happen. We’re proud to partner with Monday Envelope to recognize these important contributors. And it’s about time that there was a sanity saver like Monday Envelope to make life easier for involved parents.”

Monday Envelope will announce its winner this Summer 2014. Contestants will be nominated and selected by their peers using a custom Facebook application. The contest kicks off May 21st and will run for 45 days. This is a great way to recognize the hard work of parents in their community. Partners supporting the contest include: A Wee Change, Booginhead, Bella Wellness Center, Jay Siegan Presents, Jawbone, and Socialmoms.com
