DataServ Announces New Additions to Client Success and IT Operations Teams

DataServ, the global Software as a Service (SaaS) enterprise content management (ECM) provider of document and process automation solutions, is enhancing client service with the addition of three experienced professionals to its Client Success and Information Technology (IT) Operations teams.

John Maune has been added to the Client Success team as a Senior Initialization Success Manager II, a role that will see him assist new clients in tailoring DataServ’s technology to their unique business practices and culture. In addition, Maune is responsible for collecting, coordinating and managing client communications during project initializations, as well as documenting and assisting with client change management and rollout plans. During his career, Maune has amassed 14 years of IT management experience at companies such as Trinity Consulting, Environmental Management Corporation, and Boomerang Tube. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Mo.

Maune is accompanied on the Client Success team by Heather Webb, who joins DataServ as a Client Success Account Manager III. In this position, Webb will work proactively with clients to bring value to their business and business processes as well as identify opportunities for added value through product enhancements. Over the past two decades, Webb has worked in the Accounts Payable departments at White-Rodgers, Kellwood Company, Furniture Brands, and Heritage Home Group.

Jim Coverstone is the latest addition to DataServ’s IT Operations Team as a Document Solution Specialist, an integral position that will see him maintain existing back-end and front-end applications and web sites, analyze and solve technical issues, and work on diverse internal projects involving enhancement of internal tools and improvement of the company’s processing environment. Coverstone’s background includes stints at Maritz Loyalty Marketing as a Business Reporting Analyst, and Express Scripts as an HRIS Specialist. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Maryville University in St. Louis, Mo.
