Attorney Melissa Scartelli Speaks on the Effect of Social Media on Personal Injury Matters in Pennsylvania

The program will address the many issues that arise during litigation as a result of the widespread use of social media. Topics will include: what lawyers should tell clients about their continuing use of social media during personal injury litigation proceedings including medical malpractice and auto accidents; the risks of clients continuing to use social media against their attorney’s advice; and how social media can be used to discover information about the opposing party as part of the ligation process.
