cVidya, a leading provider of Revenue Analytics solutions for communications and digital service providers, is proud to announce that the TM Forum has appointed cVidya executives to lead its Enterprise Risk Management project and its Fraud Management Group.
The TM Forum has appointed Morisso Taieb, senior Revenue Analytics consultant at cVidya, as project lead of the new Enterprise Risk Management Group and Jason Lane-Sellers, Fraud and Revenue Assurance solutions expert at cVidya, as one of the team leaders of TM Forum’s Fraud Management Group.
With 900 member companies, the TM Forum is a global, non-profit industry association focused on simplifying the complexity of running a service provider's business. The newly-formed Enterprise Risk Management group will establish best practices for service providers’ use of enterprise risk management methodologies, which are designed to identify, assess, quantify, monitor and manage risk in an integrated manner. The TM Forum’s Fraud Management Group maintains best practices in fraud operations management, fraud detection and resolution management through enhancements and revisions to TM Forum’s Frameworx suite of standards.
“Having led and participated in numerous TM Forum Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management catalyst projects, cVidya volunteered to lead the Enterprise Risk Management project, underlining our commitment to industry thought leadership and the sharing of best practice,” said Dr Gadi Solotorevsky, CTO of cVidya. “In our product suite we have tightly-integrated Enterprise Risk Management with our Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management methodologies, reflecting our vision that these solutions should work hand-in-hand to maximize revenues and profits.”
“We are deeply committed to the work of the TM Forum in which we also lead the Revenue Assurance team,” added Alon Aginsky President and CEO of cVidya. “Our participation in key TM Forum projects reflects our strongly-held belief in the value of developing and sharing knowledge and methodologies in collaboration with other industry players.”
“The goal of the Enterprise Risk and Fraud Management groups is to help service providers carefully evaluate and mitigate risks in the fast-moving and intensely-competitive marketplaces in which they operate,” said Rebecca Sendel, senior director, business assurance program, TM Forum. “Morisso’s expertise in Enterprise Risk Management, and Jason’s track record working in both the operator and vendor communities will help the groups go from strength to strength.”
