The TM Forum has appointed Morisso Taieb, senior Revenue Analytics consultant at cVidya, as project lead of the new Enterprise Risk Management Group and Jason Lane-Sellers, Fraud and Revenue Assurance solutions expert at cVidya, as one of the team leaders of TM Forum’s Fraud Management Group.

With 900 member companies, the TM Forum is a global, non-profit industry association focused on simplifying the complexity of running a service provider's business. The newly-formed Enterprise Risk Management group will establish best practices for service providers’ use of enterprise risk management methodologies, which are designed to identify, assess, quantify, monitor and manage risk in an integrated manner. The TM Forum’s Fraud Management Group maintains best practices in fraud operations management, fraud detection and resolution management through enhancements and revisions to TM Forum’s Frameworx suite of standards.

Mr. Lane-Sellers is highly experienced in both Fraud Management and Revenue Assurance, having worked with multiple operators, including T-Mobile, Vodafone and H3G, vendors and consultancies in this field. He is the vice-chair of the Fraud Intelligence subgroup of the GSMA Fraud Forum and a member of the Board of Directors of the Communications Fraud Control Association (CFCA).
